You must be confrontational to win souls.

You must be confrontational- Don't miss this.

It is one of the most essential traits for effective witnessing. It must be gracious, from the heart and in the Spirit .Many years ago I had a good friend who would hear me tell about leading a man to Christ on a plane, in a store, at our door and thought of me as confrontational in the sense that I was in their face, hammering away at them. One day he sat right in front of me on a plane and heard me lead a man to Christ. Afterward he apologized and said "You were the most kind, gracious with that man and no way could he have been offended. The devil wants to muddy the waters. People don't get mad at you when you share the gospel in love and in the power of the Holy Spirit. MOST of the time, people are going to respond in the same manner you approach them. It has been years since I had someone get bothered as I shared the gospel.

Jesus was confrontational with that woman at the well in Jn 4. . Phillip was confrontational with the Ethiopian in Acts 8. Paul was confrontational with the jailer in Acts 16. . We must take the initiative and direct the conversation or people will interrupt, ask questions, and get you side tracked unless you dominate the conversation in a good sense. to give out the gospel. People don't come running up to us asking us to lead them to Christ. Think of this and let it soak into you mind so you take the indicative. and we do it All Because of Calvary, ABC Sumner

"The love of Christ constrains us" That must be the primary motive to witnessing

Healthy tips, both physical and Spiritual, are now on the web site www.sumnerwemp.com We make no guarantees, of course but many have found all 4 this month to ;be very useful. One dear friend of this ministry sends a note and at least one new subscriber each week, to these emails. Wish you would too. Love you, ABC

Satan does not want you messing with his kids, trying to get them saved!

You must understand this. "We wrestle not with flesh and blood" Eph 6:16. but with Satan. He will put fear in our heart.
1. "Fear" his greatest weapon against you witnessing, is to put fear in your heart. Fear of being rejected. Fear of failure. Fear of not having all the answers to people's questions. Believe God! "God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power and love and a sound mind" 2 Tim 1:7. We are not here to answer all their questions. We are to "give the gospel" period. You will win souls if you internalize this that we are to "give the gospel" and let Him do the work. You NEVER fail when you give the gospel. You must believe God and not Satan.

2. Lies. He lies all day long, Satan is the father of lives!. He says we can't all be soul winners. That' a lie. Jesus said, "I will make you fishers of men" and He said, "I sent you to reap" NOW GET THIS, "And many more of the Samaritans believed on him for the saying of the woman" "who had five husbands and now living with a man who was not her husband" John 4:38,39,18. Who believed and was saved. WOW, If He used her to bring a whole city to Christ think what He can do with you, if you will believe Him and say, "At thy word, I will" Lk 5:5 and DO IT.

Right this moment I have goose bumps all over me, just thinking what God is going to do with YOU as you "preach the gospel" to every person you can.
