Maybe you have prayed over and over again and wondered why God never heard your prayers and why you never got an answer. The seed that fell on good ground, and people were truly converted, born again, could now call God, Father, truly pray "in Jesus name" AND must do so, see their prayers answered and "brought forth fruit" "are they that hear the word, the full gospel "how Christ died for our sins, was buried, rose again and was seen by hundreds" and "understand it"
and "are converted" Matt 13:13, 14, 15,19,23,
The reason is that many have never personally heard and understood the gospel and received Christ as their own Savior. To receive answers to prayer, a person must first of all be "born again". He must have a sacrifice, Jesus, the Lamb of God, before he can come into God's presence. Heb. 10:19-20 says, "Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh." God invites us to "come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need" (Heb. 4:16). But we do not come without the blood, without having claimed Christ's blood to cleanse us, to allow us to stand in the presence of a holy God.
Many are going to say when they stand before God, "Haven't we done many wonderful works in Thy name, haven't we cast out demons in Thy name" and He will say, "depart from me I never knew you" Matt 7:22-23. They were trusting in what they did to get them to heaven. We must "understand" and trust and expect to get into heaven because "Christ died for our sins, paid our debt in full, rose again and was seen by hundreds" to get to heaven. Did you understand that and trust God to save you because of that when you joined the church? If not, tell God right now, that you now understand what the Lord Jesus did for YOUR sins and want to receive and trust Him personally as your Savior. I have seen scores who thought they were saved, come to this very place in life and get truly get saved. PLEASE write me and tell me about it if you prayed to receive the Lord Jesus just now. I LOVE YOU DEAR FRIEND.
